Privacy Policy and Personal Data Treatment

At Zenska Clinic, led by Dr. Paula Arias and Dr. Sandra Perea, we understand that your health and intimacy are the most important things. Therefore, we have designed this policy to explain clearly and humanely how we care for the information you share with us, in strict compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 of the Republic of Colombia.

1. What data do we collect and what do we use it for?

In order to provide you with excellent, safe, and personalized medical and aesthetic care, we need to know you. This implies that we collect:

  • Contact data: Name, WhatsApp number, and email address (to schedule your appointments and communicate with you).
  • Sensitive data (Medical History): Information about your health status, medical history, previous procedures, and physical details necessary for treatments. We want to be very clear: this medical information is strictly confidential and is protected by professional medical secrecy.

Use of your data: We only use your information to:

  • Carry out your medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Schedule, confirm, or reschedule your consultations.
  • Comply with the legal requirements of the Ministry of Health (Medical History).
  • Send you relevant information about your recovery or important notices from the clinic (always with your permission).

2. How do we protect your information?

Your medical history and personal data are safeguarded under strict technological and physical security protocols. Our medical and administrative team signs unbreakable confidentiality agreements. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, ever.

3. Photographs and Clinical Cases

In the field of aesthetic medicine, keeping a photographic record of the "before and after" is vital for your follow-up. However, we will never publish your photos on social networks, our website, or medical conferences without your express, written, and prior authorization. And even if you give us your permission, we will always protect your identity by anonymizing your face or particular features if you wish.

4. Your Rights (What you can demand from us)

As the owner of your information, Colombian law grants you the right to:

  • Know, update, and rectify your personal data at any time.
  • Request proof of the authorization you gave us to handle your data.
  • Be informed about the use we have given to your information.
  • Revoke your authorization or ask us to delete your data from our contact lists (keep in mind that, by law, medical histories must be kept for a minimum legal time and cannot be deleted immediately).

5. How to contact us to exercise your rights?

If you have any questions, want to update your information, or ask us not to contact you anymore, we are just a message away. You can write to us at:

  • WhatsApp: +57 311 3916289
  • Email: contacto@zenska.co
  • In-person attention: Medical Building Imbanaco, Tower A, Office 602. Cali, Colombia.

Last update: June 2026. This policy may be updated to improve our transparency or comply with new regulations.
