All information found on this page (texts, videos, treatment descriptions, and testimonials) has a purely informative and educational purpose. However detailed our website may be, it does not substitute under any circumstances for a face-to-face or virtual medical evaluation with our specialists, Dr. Paula Arias or Dr. Sandra Perea.

Every body is unique. The results of aesthetic and gynecological treatments vary from patient to patient. What you read here is indicative; the actual plan will be drawn up together in the clinic.

2. Appointment Reservations via WhatsApp

To make your life easier, we manage our appointments via WhatsApp. By clicking on the "Book Appointment" buttons:

• You will be connected directly with our patient care team.
• The appointment will only be confirmed once our team assigns you a date and time, and the reservation policies are met (if there is any advance payment or confirmation required, we will inform you via chat).
• We kindly ask you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer that space to another patient who needs it.

3. Prices and Treatments

Since at Zenska Clinic we practice personalized medicine, the exact prices of the treatments are only determined after a medical evaluation. The costs of consultation or temporary promotions will be informed directly through our official WhatsApp channel. We reserve the right to modify our service portfolio at any time.

4. Intellectual Property (Our work)

The Zenska logo, the texts, the web design, and our own photographs are protected by copyright. We invite you to share our page with your friends, but please do not copy or use our material for commercial purposes or on other websites without our written permission.

5. Links to third parties

You may find links to our social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) on our website. By clicking on them, you will be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. We do not control how Facebook or Google handle your data on their own pages.

6. Applicable Law

Our clinic proudly operates in Cali, Colombia. Therefore, these terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any concern about our services will be treated directly with the best disposition to reach an amicable agreement.
